What we collect
Account data (name, email, sign-in provider). Billing data through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers). Usage counts for the prepaid tank. Files, notes, and questions you submit to run a review. Technical logs needed to keep the service up.
Why
To operate LIA Pro, authenticate you, take prepaid payment, run the governed review you asked for, and enforce the tank. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your files to advertise to third parties.
Models and processors
Reviews are generated using xAI (Grok) under our API account. Stripe processes payment. Hosting and authentication providers process account data as needed to run the app. Submissions may leave Australia when a processor is overseas. Do not upload material you are not permitted to process that way.
Guest use
Continuing on this device stores the complimentary tank and local files in the browser. That is not a confidential professional channel.
Retention and your rights
We keep account and billing records as required for tax and dispute handling. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to law. Australian users may complain to the OAIC if they are not satisfied.
