LIA Pro is a governed review instrument. It is not a law firm, solicitor, barrister, or medical practitioner. Output is not legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for professional judgment. No solicitor–client or equivalent professional relationship is created by using the service. Human professional judgment remains the authority. You must not rely on an output as a decision, filing, or advice to a client without independent verification.

The tank

Seats are prepaid. Operator 200 calls, Counsel 600, Chambers 1,800 per month. Complimentary use is 10 calls. An empty tank stops the engine. A call is a completed review written to the record — failed or unfinished runs are not billed. Extra 200-call packs, when offered, are $29 and prepaid.

Payment, cancel, refund

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Unused calls do not roll over and are not a cash credit.

If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these terms excludes the Australian Consumer Law. If you have not used paid calls, you may request a refund of the first prepaid month within 14 days of first payment. After paid calls have been used, remaining unused calls are not refundable except where the ACL requires it.

Your material

You warrant you have the right to submit what you upload. Do not submit material you are not entitled to process. You remain responsible for client confidentiality, court suppression, and privilege. We process submissions to run the review. We do not sell your files.

Acceptable use

Do not use LIA Pro to commit an offence, to fabricate evidence or authority, or to hold out output as a sealed judgment, a signed expert report, or a court filing.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the output, for missed authorities, or for a preferred theory the file does not support. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the month in which the claim arose.
